First you have to appear in both paper 1 and paper 2 of jee main. And have to clear paper 1 and a min. score in paper 2 which is not hard to get. Then you will also have to qualify jee advance after that finally you have to appear for AAT (architecture aptitude test) you need to clear that too. You will get admission in IIT roorkee and khadagpur exclusively on the basis of AAT none other score will be counted.for nit only paper 2 is enough Good Luck.

Every year cut offs varies and it is unpredictable to say with 150 score to get a seat in b.arch at NIT,trichy. This year the competition is quiet tough. Just wait till your turn. All the best

The cut-offs vary year after year. Most colleges have a different provision for admission. You need to contact the institute officials personally for specific admission details as it differs from one college to another.

Hi Shivam, B.Arch : To get admission in B.Arch, you need to score minimum 50% marks in 12th with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Computer Science / Chemistry / Biology / Engineering Drawing and two other subjects. You need to sit for an entrance exam. B.Arch In Interior: It is a 5 year programme.

Yes, IITs stands among top colleges of India like Sir JJ College of architecture and SPA delhi. Only two IIT's offer B.Arch Roorkee and Kharagpur which have excellent placement cell also with almost 100% placement.
