Considering both your OBC rank and NATA score, the chances to get into Jadavpur University are slim.
As your rank is just near the cut-off for OBC in Jadavpur University and 86 marks in NATA are very low because 90+ are consider for admission in B.Arch.
So, you can try in any other private university/college. If you find my answer reliable, you can appreciate it by hitting the thumbs up and follow button.

Yes, you will definitely get admission in Jamia Millia Islamia for B.Arch at 199 marks in JEE Mains paper 2 as you have women quota.
Jamia has special seats reserved under women quota, so there is no need to worry.

Both are good in terms of placement. SRM can be be little bit expensive than VIT.

Sorry to say Every competitive exam results valid only for one year as you appeared in NATA in 2016 so if you not taken admission in 2016 by this marks then this year you should not use your previous year marks.

Hello dear,
I am sorry to say. But with only 130 marks there is no college available for you to do B.Arch because admission in good colleges are given at 300+ in JEE Mains paper 2. If you have any reservation other then girls quota like SC/ST then you will surely get admission.
but if you don't have any reservation, then there is no way.
I hope you understand my point.
