Above 300 marks are considered good for admission in a government college.

Doing B.Arch from NITs and IITs is advisable but if you have tried but couldn't get admission then go for your choice but check about the college profile before.

You can get NIT Jammu Kashmir for sure and you will get other NIITs colleges but if you think to have more no. of colleges and universities, you can check for JOSSA site and check out the last year opening and closing of branch ranks and college.

Since your mains score is very good and well above the cut off for SC category, you can definitely try for NIT( surathkal,warangal or trichy). Do well in advanced and you might stand a chance for IIT as well.
