Only if you are a final year student. Yes, Any engineering. Graduate ( Passout / Final year Appearing ) is eligible to appear for IES examination. You, however, need to produce the required documents of the qualifying exam as and when asked by the UPSC commission before the final selection. In addition the website does not indicate that the college offers Aeronautical Engineering branch. This would depend on your interest areas and career aspirations. In case you intend to pursue a career in Technical / Programing / research / academics area then MCA is better, However if you want to move into general management the MBA is better. Both have ample job opportunities.
