In addition the website does not indicate that the college offers Aeronautical Engineering branch. This would depend on your interest areas and career aspirations. In case you intend to pursue a career in Technical / Programing / research / academics area then MCA is better, However if you want to move into general management the MBA is better. Both have ample job opportunities.
