As per the new Australian Immigration guidelines, Indian students are required to prove a genuine student intent before they get a chance to apply to the University of Sydney. 

Under this, the applicants should not be looking to work in Australia and should maintain their status as a student only. Look at the GS requirements as given below - 

  • Submit a strong and honest Genuine student statement
  • Answer the 150-word questions given in the form

For a single student, the Australian Government has mentioned the 12-month living expenses is AUD 21,041 (Around INR 13.6 lakh). Also, students can expect to spend AUD 350 - AUD 370 per week in an inter-city shared house or service apartment. AUD 50 per week can be expected for unlimited travel, bus, ferry and light rail services.

MBA course at Victoria University, Sydney is 2 years. The tuition fees for this course is AUD 20,400 per semester. This course provides global focus. Students will also have a chance to do the internship. For admission to VU Sydney MBA course, a Bachelor's degree is required and an IELTS score of 6.5 or equivalent is required.

VU Sydney Master of Entrprise Resource Planning course is 2 year long course. Indian students should have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline or an Australian Graduate Diploma and an IELTS score of 6.5. Also, Indian students must be aged 18 or over to take admission to this course.

WSU only considers scores for IELTS Academic, TOEFL and PTE. This includes 6.5 for IELTS with a minimum of 6.0 in each band, 82 for TOEFL iBT (Writing 21, Speaking 18, Reading 13, Listening 13) and 58 for PTE Academic. There might be a few exceptions however so check the programme specific requirements for the same
