You can't apply for electrical engineering as the age limit is 25 years.

Better to go for CSAI, as future is of artificial intelligence. Many Indian & foreign companies are moving towards AI. So, it is a very good opportunity for you to grab it and become a leader in it. You can expect average package in CSE but I think you will get better package in CSAI, may be not in starting but surely after few years. Go for CSAI.
