If you are interested and in my opinion in west Bengal you can find good college in budget price range and good examples are heritage, IIT KGP and many more if you go deep down.

Not sure about your rank but, no one knows the minimum marks required to qualify it. In the end all we get to know is our rank. A PDF file is published on the IMUCET website which enlists all the candidates who have qualified the CET along with their rank, name, application number, category. You also get a pdf of rank Certificate.
