In my opinion, B.E is better than BCA. If you choose B.E or B.Tech makes you proficient at the technical level Whereas for BCA. Students need to have secured good grades in any of the Arts/Science. Correct? Yes, there are plenty of websites which will give you this information even in downloadable form but unfortunately as councilor of Shiksha we cannot recommend a particular site hence I would advise you to Google and you will be flooded with sites that will whet your queries. Hello Hana Malik, in olden times any Certificate that is the xerox copy of the original Certificate needed to be certified by a judicial magistrate or someone in authority like a gazetted officer for it to be considered as authentic. This caused many problems to the common person and the present Indian government did away with this requirement and then said the same person in whose name the Certificate is can certify as authentic and it is being called as self certified.
