After Masters, qualify NET exam and then go for Ph.D. Then you become eligible for the post.

This depends on the counseling that how many students applied for the admission.

For any engineering college admissions you need a JEE Mains score or specific state level exam's score. 12th percentages doesn't matter much now a days.

They both are two different stages, prelims 1st and main 2nd. You have to clear them separately.

If the university is listed in WES Canada database then yes, WES will consider that qualification for assessment. You have to submit transcripts in a sealed envelope issued by that particular University. All the best.
