There is nothing like maximum percentile. The question should be minimum percentile.
12th boards - 70% and JEE Mains - 30%. Based on this they rank students and take admission.

Hi,
You cannot get admission in any reputed college in BE in computer Science without entrance exam, you Will have to give entrance, so you should work accordingly if you really wish to have a seat so give entrance and earn a seat with dignity. Good luck.

For BA LLB - you first have to appear for entrance exam like CLAT, AILET, SLAT, ISAT, CET etc., as For Law Admissions are purely based on entrance scores. Also, some Private Colleges conduct their own entrances for admission process. BA LLB is an integrated Law course of 5 years.
