Those who wish to get a BE seat at the south campus of NIE Mysore must first obtain a valid KCET/COMEDK/JEE Main score. Apart from this, students must also satisfy the minimum eligibility requirements. Those who meet the eligibility conditions must further fill out an application form by visiting the institute's official website. After submitting the application, students must stay updated with the merit list. If shortlisted, they are required to pay the admission fee to secure their seats.

NIE Mysore offers admission to the BE programme via the management quota. A total of 99 out of 540 seats are reserved for the management quota.
