You can apply for B.Ed but your result should come before commencement of classes. Otherwise, your candidature will be cancelled as you would not be able to show your certificate.

Here is no maximum age limit to pursuing B.Ed course but in general you can apply in between 21yr-35yr. The minimum eligibility required for this course is as under-
1. A Bachelor's degree through a recognised University.
2. Your graduation or post graduation marks must be hold above 50% & For SC/ST candidates the relaxation is upto 45% marks.
3. Only Arts and Science departments are eligible for B.Ed course. There are some institute provide B.Ed course for B.Com and BBA candidates. Every university conduct their own entrance exam for B.Ed candidate selection. But in General there is no use to go for B.Ed after 40 years of age as there

Yes, you can pursue, but first check the eligibility criteria. As you want to pursue it through distance learning, there are different eligibility criteria to do B.Ed from distance learning, as you must have some teaching experience.
