Yes, it is possible to get admission in B.Ed without D.Ed as the education qualification needed for B.Ed is to pass degree in any subject with at least percentage mentioned as per the Institute or college you want to pursue from. So D.Ed is not required to do B.Ed. And most probably you would definitely have a degree as you are a lecturer, so it is very easy for you to do B.Ed. There are certain institutes in every district for the teachers and lecturers to do D.Ed B.Ed. M.Ed as per their convenience.

Dear Harshika, If you are planning to teach High school or Secondary School you will need to have a Master's and Bachelors in Education degree. It is mandatory. To teach for degree students you will have to need a doctorate degree.

Yes, there is a age criteria for taking admission in regular course of B.Ed. i.e. minimum age is 21 No age restriction for open/distanced education.
