What is the cut-off of BA B.Ed for OBC category in RIE CEE?

Actually, the cut off is different for different states. I can tell you about cut off at RIE Bhubaneswar. The previous year in RIE CEE cut off for B.A. B.Ed for OBC candidates were (out of 160)
Odisha-79.5
Jharkhand-74.4
Bihar-74.9
West Bengal-75.5
North east and Andaman Nicobar-68.9.

Yes, you can take direct admission as there is no entrance exam in some colleges for B.Ed. Search for the colleges which don't take entrance exam and then apply for admission.
