You first qualify your TET and CTET. After that, you can find many options. You can apply for KV, JNU, Army Public School, Corporate Schools and so on. You need not wait for only state government jobs.

No, there is no any age bar to gain knowledge. But if you want to do B.Ed for doing a job, then the maximum age limit is 45 years for teaching.

If you have 50% or above, you can apply for M.Ed. You can do your M.Ed either in regular or distance mode.

No, you can not. In the same year, you can not enroll your name under the same or different university. After completion of your B.Ed, you can enroll your name for any other course.

Hello TK,
It's nice to know your dream of becoming TGT in English. But I feel with your commerce background, it would not be possible. But you can simultaneously complete your BA in English via distance education mode and then THAT English is possible.
