Pursuing PG professional courses like MBA in any branch like marketing, HR or finance is better after completing UG for future promotions, increments and societal values.
Consider Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Open University, Hyderabad if you still want to do 3 years B.Sc. Class 12th passed out student with any subject is eligible, but you need to get 50% marks in science and technology subjects in the first year.
Also. consider 1-year double degree course offered by Annamalai University.

Hi,
Yes, you should pursue B.Sc fashion technology, that will be good for you. Also, you can try for Bachelors in design from colleges like NIFT, NID and Pearl Academy.
Fashion is a growing industry these days. One can have good career opportunities in this field.
