I guess details regarding your graduation would reflect on your final pass certificate, but you should not be bothered much by it. Part-time/Distance courses are fully recognized by various organisations and getting a job would not be much of an issue.
Diverse job opportunities exist in front of interior design professionals. They may either choose to work under supervised setup (Design studios and Interior design firms) or work independently. When it comes to Government sector jobs, PWDs, Municipal Corporations and Town Planning Departments are known to hire interior design professionals. They may also become part of Government schemes

The desired course sounds very confusing. Perhaps, you are asking for such courses - Clinical Pharmacy, Clinical Research, Regulatory Affairs, Hotel Management, Hospital Management, Hospital Administration, Public Health, Quality Services ( Health and Safety) etc., you are likely to find Graduate Certificate courses in these subjects.
