For admission in NCU, you have to first look for the eligibility criteria and make sure you are eligible. The eligibility criteria can be found in the link: http://admissions.ncuindia.edu/Eligibility-Criteria.php
If you are eligible, you have to fill the application form. The link for the application form is: http://admissions.ncuindia.edu
Admission to the university programs will be done on Merit basis. A merit list will be announced for eligible candidates for each round and the shortlisted candidates will be intimated to appear for counselling.

There is 50% importance to each exam score.
If your total percentile is above 90% then there are chances of you getting in COEP.
If you belong to any reservations then you will definitely get in COEP and Instrumentation.

Going towards the answer of your question,
I feel that with 73 marks in JEE Mains you might have secured around 1 lakh JEE mains rank, which can easily land you in JIIT Noida-62, but you won't be able to get a seat in computer science engineering or information technology, which are considered more demanding in the college but you'll be able to get a seat in electronics and communication engineering which is equally good w.r.t academics. Fees is subject to change without notice. The fees at the time of admission is the actual fees payable. Disputes, if any, will be redressed under the University rules and regulations.
*In addition to the above fees candidates have to pay refundable caution deposit of Rs 10,000/-(Indian) USD 200 (International)along with the first installment fees.
