Yes, Jain University indeed offers lateral entry to diploma holders. But they need some additional qualification also. I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information about lateral entry in Jain University.

Yes you are eligible to do lateral B.Tech in Techno India. You have to give the entrance exam and score the rank for the the college.
