B.Tech Eligibility

To study here, you need to have passed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. A minimum aggregate of around forty-five to fifty percent in these subjects is the usual requirement. Admission is mostly through TNEA counselling, but the college also offers management quota spots. To be eligible for B.E. / B.Tech at Dr. D.Y. Patil College of Engineering and Innovation, a student must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry/Biology/Technical subject, securing at least 45% marks (40% for reserved categories). Additionally, a valid MHT CET or JEE Main score is required for admission through the centralized admission process .

To get admission into B.Tech, candidates must have passed 10+2 (HSE) examination with Physics, Chemistry and Maths subjects with atleast 45% marks.  Admission is through KEAM (Kerala Engineering Architecture Medical) exam. The seat distribution is as follows:

• 50% Merit (Free Seats)
• 35% Management Quota
• 15% NRI Quota (Based on HSE marks only)

Lateral entry is also available for Diploma holders.

For B.E./B.Tech at Jawaharlal College of Engineering and Technology (JCET), you must have passed 12th grade with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, typically with a minimum of 45% overall (40% for reserved categories). Crucially, you need to have a valid score in either the KEAM (Kerala Engineering Architecture Medical) entrance exam or JEE Main. Your admission will depend on these entrance exam results.

To be eligible for the B.E./B.Tech programme at Dev Bhoomi Group of Institutions (DBGI Saharanpur), candidates must have passed 10+2 with at least 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics from a recognised board. Additionally, a valid score in JEE Main or an equivalent entrance exam is required for admission. Meeting both academic and entrance exam criteria is essential for securing a seat in the program.

Eligibility criteria for B.E. /B.Tech at Greater Kolkata College of Engineering and Management (GKCEM). 

• Students must have passed their 10+2 (or equivalent) examination with a minimum of 45% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics combined.
• For reserved category candidates, the minimum aggregate marks required are 40 percent.
• A good score in WBJEE or JEE Mains exam. Greater Kolkata College of Engineering and Management considers these examination score for admission.

The minimum academic requirement is an individual must have passed 10+2 in any recognised board. He/she must have studied maths and physics as compulsary subjects. The minimum marks required varies from different category like general category requires more than or equal to 45% and other reserved categories requires more than or equal to 40%. After this, there will be entrance exam, candidate must have appread in MHT-CET, preference is given to JEE Mains score over MHT-CET.

The eligibility criteria for B.E. / B.Tech at Bearys Institute of Technology (BIT, Mangalore):

1. Candidates who wish to apply for a B.E. or B.Tech programme Bearys Institute of Technology (BIT, Mangalore) must have completed their 10+2 coursework in mathematics, physics, and one elective, such as biology or chemistry.
2. These subjects require a minimum score of 45% (or 40% for reserved areas).
3. Through entrance tests such as JEE Main, KCET, or COMEDK, admission is granted.
