The eligibility criteria for BTech admission at IIIT Delhi in 2023 is as follows:
- Passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) as compulsory subjects.
- Obtained a minimum of 70% marks in aggregate and 70% marks in Mathematics individually.
