In order to be eligible for B.Tech in GL Bajaj Group of Institutions - GLBGI you have to pass class 12th with 50% and above. Also, Physics and Mathematics should be included in your subjects along with any one of the following subjects: Chemistry, Computer Science, Biology, and Engineering Drawing. For SC/ST candidates the minimum percentage is 45. For BTech admissions, the JEE Main score is accepted, and the minimum cut-off of the JEE percentile varies every year depending upon applicants.

The eligibility criteria for BTech at JIS College of Engineering are as follows:
1- Candidates must have passed Higher Secondary (10+2) Examination of West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education or equivalent examination from a recognised board with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.

Candidates who have passed Class 12 with a minimum of 75% aggregate in PCM are eligible to take admission to BTech courses. Further, it is also necessary that the applicant qualify for JEE Main and JoSAA counselling. Candidates shall have academic certificates as well for verification purposes to prove their eligibility.

For admission to BTech at Hindustan University, students need to fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria in the first place. The next step of the selection criteria is to qualify for an entrance exam. The university conducts an in-house entrance exam, i.e., Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science Engineering Entrance Examination (HITSEEE), which needs to be qualified with a valid score. This entrance exam is specifically conducted by HITS for admission of candidates to its BTech course. This exam is valid for both BTech and BTech (Lateral Entry) course. Eligibility Criteria for B.Tech at Gandhi Engineering College :
- Candidate must have successfully passed +2 Science or 10+2 Board Examination Physics, Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subject/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Informatics Practices/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies.
