No, you don't need any work experience to pursue MBA. Candidates with work experience are preferred more as they have some first-hand knowledge of the field they want to specialise in. You should gain at least two years of work experience before pursuing MBA.

Hello Lakshit,
Both IT and CSE are good. It is up to you to decide which subject you want to pursue, based on your interests.
IT is more of a professional track course. You are taught about systems and their functioning on a need to know basis. You are taught regarding the basic applications of a technology. It makes you an expert at the surface level of the tech, which will aide you to develop skills required at the industrial level. A good example would be a network administrator. You need to know about networking and some basic hardware and software rules. IT can teach you what you need to know about their functionalities.
