So far my knowledge goes, Masters degree in architecture is not possible without doing B.arch.
But related to postgraduate course in architecture, domain like urban planning or likewise, you can pursue from "school of planning and architecture" from your civil background. You may visit this link for more references:

You may consider Indian Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers (ISHRAE) and the Indian Society for Non-Destructive Testing to know more about the respective fields.
With more than 120 crore population in India, opportunity exist in all the fields for hard working professional, who have passion to work with due sincerity and dedication. However on comparison, HVAC appears to have more scope for enterprising and motivated candidates.

You can join directly after B.Tech.
If you pursue B.Sc (Nautical Science) in the officer cadre, it will lead you to become the captain after 5-7 years of experience.
Except for marine engineering candidates, others have to undergo 10 months pre-sea training which is offered by many institutes and port trusts or recruiting company itself. After that, you will be appointed as a 5th or junior engineer. It will take 5-7 years depending on your abilities to become a 'chief engineer'.
