BA is not a job oriented graduation degree. If you do not want to do B.Tech then BBA can be a good option for you. It not only will help you to get a job in the banking sector but also in private sector in other types of industries.

There are so many engineering branches available out there that choosing the right one has become very difficult for science stream students. There are the old, traditional branches available on one side. On the other side, there are relatively new branches available. Along with these branches, there are some off-beat branches available too, which, due to some reasons, remain relatively unpopular among 12th Science stream students! Different packages by companies are dependent on dynamics of National economy. IIMs get companies offering the best packages but not all MBAs. It's also your choice whether you want to be a technocrat or generalist.

Its a really good branch. You can appear for interviews of other branches like CSE/ECE/SE/IT in DTU. Last year, the placement records was also decent. About 80% selection was from MAC department.

At present, both have equal placements, but ECE has a good reputation, so what others say as a brand, but it clearly depends on you. As a whole, I'll suggest is to test yourself for your desires & capabilities before deciding it as both are good here.
