BTech is not available at any of the Pondicherry University campuses. However, this programme is offered via multiple affiliated colleges under the university. Some of these affiliated colleges are listed below:

For BTech, CUK is accepting both CUET-UG and JEE scores. For the courses BTech in Electronics and Communication and BTech in Electrical Engineering, 50% of seats will be filled on merit in the NTA-CUET (UG)-2023. The remaining 50% of the seats will be filled on the basis of performance in JEE–Main Exam (2023) who are eligible for writing JEE–Advanced 2022.

Somaiya offers BTech  various specialisations. The duration for the BTech full time is four years and for BTech lateral entry is three years.
