Yes, BTech is available at B. S. Abdur Rahman Crescent Institute of Science and Technology. The college offers entrance-based admission to BTech. To be eligible for admission, candidates must apply  and appear for JEE Main/ CIEAT. Aditionally, Class 12 with a minimum 50% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from a recognised board. Further, candidates must apply on the official website of the college.

Yes, JNIT's B.Tech placements are satisfactory.The average placement rate is around 60%, with the highest yearly package offered at INR 8 lakhs and the lowest at roughly INR 3-4 lakhs per year.

According to Engineering NIRF report 2024 of NIT Calicut, the median package offered during BTech placements stood at INR 11.7 LPA, respectively. Earlier, the highest and average package offered during NIT Calicut placements 2023 stood at INR 50 LPA and INR 13.77 LPA, respectively. Further, the median package offered during NIT Calicut placement 2023 stood at INR 10 LPA. The placement rate recorded during NIT Calicut placements 2023 was 83.65%. Other than this, a total of 197 companies visited the campus during NIT Calicut placements 2023.
