Eligibility criteria for B.Tech courses at Rajasthan University Applicants must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with a minimum of 55 percent marks from a recognised school or board. For Admission to B.Tech. (Dairy Technology)/ B.Tech. (Food Technology): Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) subjects are essential at 10+2 level. Candidate with 10+2 Arts and Commerce stream are not eligible for JET Examination.

Candidate may attempt any three subjects in JET examination out of the above five. But those who want admission to B.Tech. (Dairy Technology) and B.Tech. (Food Technology) do not have any choice and must attempt only PCM (Physics,  Chemistry & Mathematics).

IIT Jammu seat allotment process is carried out based on applicants JEE Main qualification and JEE Advanced scores. The Indian Institute of Technology, Jammu follows the reservation policy as prescribed by the Government of India for the following categories:
