Your ranking under this catagory is 15K and hence you can guess your chances. If you want to take admission b tech lateral entry in Tamil Nadu engineering colleges, then you prefer the Tamil Nadu engineering admission exam (TNEA). When You qualify for the exam then you take a seat in an engineering college in Tamil Nadu.
