There is hardly any person who is not aware of B.Tech. Engineering courses are offered in a majority of top-notch colleges in India. It is one of the most chosen and sought-after career options that one can pursue after 10+2 for students. The students who have studied PCM or PCMB can take up their career in engineering. But they are not familiar with all the B.Tech courses or the specializations. The technical courses have been designed keeping in view the requirements of the industry. At Jagannath University, the curriculum of all the courses has been designed by industry stalwarts. Top recruiters comprise 'Amazon, TCS, IBM, JBM Group

The salary for a Bachelor of Technology fresher is depended upon the skills he possesses, problem-solving skills, and command over programming. Students from normal colleges can also get an average salary of 5 LPA if they are average and above in these areas. For Tier 1 colleges (Indian Institute of Technologies, National Institute of Technology, and IIITs): the average package is around INR 10 LPA to INR 12 LPA and the companies are Google, Microsoft, direct, amazon, cisco, Freshworks, etc. For Tier 2 colleges: the average package is around INR 5 LPA to INR 7 LPA and the companies are the same but some MNCs like IBM labs, Tata Consult

Congratulations on your JEE Rank. According to previous year cutoffs and trends of the last round, the cutoffs of OBC category in other state quota ends under the maximum rank of 20000 (approximately) even for Gftis and your rank is 84000 which is far from the range of this rank range hence you are not eligible to get admission in any college under JoSSA counseling.

Yes, you can get admission. IIIT, Hyderabad does not come under JEE Mains counselling even though some IIITs come. So, you need to apply separately for IIIT, Hyderabad.
For admission, they consider only your JEE Mains scores, but it should be really good like 300+ or if they see your caste, your marks should be at least 280+ .
