MBA is an amazing option to have after completing your B.Tech degree. It isn't just an option for several students as theyve already decided to go for an MBA for their career. MBA students are given a lot of practical training or field training with companies that hire them. Companies spend a lot of time and enormous money on training these employees. Most undergraduate courses don't provide B.Tech students with proper field training or hands-on experience. Many pursue an MBA degree to get to high managerial posts in organizations, but some don't. They pursue an MBA to become entrepreneurs and start their ventures. As per the latest revised JEE Main eligibility criteria for 2022, 75% of the criteria are removed for NITs, IIITs, and GFTI admissions. Candidates must currently pass class 12, regardless of percentage. So, if this criteria remains in place in the coming years, you may be able to gain admission to an NIT if you perform well in the JEE Mains. Also, the attempt-wise eligibility for JEE is three consecutive years from the year of passing in 10+2 or its equivalent. As per this rule, considering 2023 your first attempt, you can appear for JEE in 2024 and 2025. You should wholeheartedly prepare for JEE Mains and try to get a decent rank to get admission into top NITs.

The JEE Main Exam is conducted by the National Testing Agency NTA for admission to premium IIITs and NITs.
