1. 10th Mark sheet
2. 12th mark sheet
3. College allotment letter
4. Caste certificate if applicable
5. Income proof
6. Fee deposit slip of seat allotment
7. Entrance exam admit card
8. Photographs (As shown in Entrance exam admit card)
9. Entrance exam score card
10. 12th admit card
11. School leaving certificate
12. Aadhar card (All family members)
13. Doctor Medical certificate if applicable
14. Father ID card.
