B.Tech Counselling

The Uttarakhand Technical University B Tech counselling involves online registration filling out the application uploading documents and  participating in choice fiiling based on JEE Main scores followed by verification and fee payment for seat confirmation with subsequent rounds if seats ramain all managed through the official UTU counselling portal for affiliated colleges.

REGISTRATION- Register online onj the official UTU counselling portal as sson as the notification is out.

APPLICATION FORM- Fill in personal  academic details and upload required documents (10th,12th marksheet, JEE Main score, ID proof, category certificate if applicable)

FEE PAYMENT - Pay the counselling registration fee (around  $2000 as mentioned in older manuals)

DOCUMENT VERIFICATION- Your uploaded documents are verified by the authorities.

CHOICE FILLING- Select your preferred B Tech branches and colleges in order of preference.

SEAT ALLOTMENT- Seats are allotted based on your rank (JEE Main) choice and seat availability

PROVISIONAL ADMISSION- If allotted a seat you pay the initial programme fee and accept the seat 

REPORTING- Report to the alloted college with original documents for final verification and admission.

SUBSEQUENT ROUNDS- If you're not satisfied or haven't got a seat you can participate in subsequent rounds by paying the fee again if you withdrew.
