In common Admission Test, it is the percentile that matters. It is all about your performance in the exam. It is a great way to assess your performance where your marks are not directly involved to select you in the next round. It's very nice to see that you are interested in pursuing your MS from USA. My sincere advise is that you must approach an agency dealing with sending students to USA for MS. This is so since its not only excellent academic record but many other factors that determine success in getting admission and these agencies would help you in this.
