If you want to take admission for B.Tech in Singhania then there are two ways one is through JEE Mains and another one is university's entrance, so if you haven't given JEE Mains then they take their own entrance test for admissions. But I personally advise you not to take admission in this university as this institution is not at all good for any technical course.

Hi, B.Tech (self-financed) is not offered by Anna University. BE in information technology (self-financed) is offered by Andhra University.

Yes, you can complete your B.Tech after Diploma.
Many colleges in India offer lateral entry into 2nd year if you have Diploma and 60%marks in it. All the best.
