Both the universities are great.
I do not have much knowledge regarding the course.
But, both the universities are good and according to me.
NIIT University is better for B.Tech as compared to Amity University, Noida.

B.Tech and B.Sc both fields are good in their own way. It depends that in which field you are interested in. I would suggest you to go with B.Sc in perfusion technology, if you have interest in the equipment.
The Perfusionist is in charge of operating these machines with the heart-lung machine being the most commonly used one. The machine basically takes the blood and oxygenates it while the heart remains dormant during the surgery.

You can justify it by saying that scoring good percentage in graduation doesn't mean to have good practical knowledge. Percentage can be increased by studying theoretical books. There are many examples of people who didn't score high percentages/marks in their academics but they have better skills than toppers. Skills plays a vital role for success in industry. Ups and downs are the part of life. My low percentage shows downfall but cracking CAT exam shows up. For justifying no work experience, you can say how student can have work experience while studying full time. A fresher might have experience, but after working in any industry f

You cannot get a PR while still on study permit. You must graduate, get a job and stay there for some years. Check CIC website for PR details.
