Bangalore University offers a two-year full-time Master of Computer Applications (MCA) course at the postgraduate level. The university also provides lateral entry into this course, allowing eligible candidates to be directly admitted into the six semesters of the MCA program. The PG-level course is offered at the Jnanabharathi Campus of the University. Many affiliated colleges also offer this programme. Admission to the course is further entrance-based.

The total fee for a BBA course at Bangalore University ranges from 33,000 to INR 7.5 lakh. On the other hand,  Mangalore University BBA fees range from INR 3,800 to INR 22,600. Hence, Mangalore University is more affordable for BBA courses compared to Bangalore University.
