The minimum eligibility for LLM at SOL, Presidency University, Bangalore is passing a three or five-year LLB degree from any Indian or Foreign University recognised by the UGC with a minimum of 50% aggregate or equivalent grade [45% for SC/ ST Candidates]. Candidates who have passed/ appeared for the final year LLB examination may also apply.

The minimum eligibility for BA LLB (Hons) at SOL, Presidency University, Bangalore is passing Class 12 or its equivalent examination from a recognised board with a minimum of 45% aggregate (40% for SC/ ST candidates). The maximum age limit for a candidate is 20 years as on July 1 of that year (22 years for SC/ ST candidates). The selection criteria is entrance based with the institute accepting CLAT csores for the same.

SOL, Presidency University Admissions 2026 are open for all programmes. The institute offers courses at the UG and PG levels. The courses include  BA LLB (Hons), BBA LLB (Hons) and BCom LLB (Hons) courses and LLM programmes in the Law stream. Applications are accepted srictly in the online mode.
