For BTech admission, the University accepts the KCET entrance test, followed by a counselling round. Bangalore University Admission Process 2023

Bangalore University admission process for postgraduate courses includes the submission of an application form, scrutiny process, verification process and counselling. The step-wise Bangalore University admission process is explained below: 

Step 1: Bangalore University Application Process 2023 

The application process for Bangalore University is completely online. Candidates willing to take admission must visit the official website of Bangalore University and apply. Mentioned below is a step-by-step process for the same:

Step 1.1: Visit the official website of the University i.e. https://bangaloreuniversity.ac.in/ and click on ‘Student’s Corner’.

Step 1.2: Now, click on ‘Admission’ followed by clicking on the desired course level.

Step 1.3: A link to the online application will be available at the end of the page in case the applications are open.

Step 1.4: Register as a new user by adding the required info such as name and contact details.

Step 1.5: Log in with the credentials and fill the application form.

Step 1.6: Complete the process and pay the application fee to submit the application form. 

List of documents required during admission

  • Rank card or score card for the entrance exams
  • Mark sheet and certificates of Class 10, Class 12, UH and PG courses (as applicable)
  • Migration Certificate

Step 2: Scrutiny Process

In this step, the University will verify the photocopied documents submitted by the students along with the application form. In this step, the University have the right to reject the form without any notice in case of incomplete details or documents. 

Step 3: Verification Process

Before appearing to the counselling process for admission, in this step, the University will verify the candidate’s original documents for validity. 

Step 4: Counseling & Fee Submission 

At the time of the counselling process, students are requested to appear in person before the counselling centre on the day of the counselling round. In this step, students are given the option to choose a particular course and department/college among the unfilled/available seats. Selected candidates are required to pay the admission fee to confirm their seats.

Placements: Our university provides employment opportunities to its students. The placement cell invites many companies from private, public, and government sectors to place students for campus interviews. Companies provide very good packages to students. I am satisfied with teaching, infrastructure, and placements.

Placements: Almost 90% of students got placed in our college. The highest salary package offered is 22 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 4.5 LPA. Almost 90% of students got internships. Top roles offered for our course are analytics marketing, finance, HR, and operations management.

Infrastructure: Our college provides very good infrastructure and facilities. We have a good Wi-Fi connection. A lot of books are available in the library for gathering information. The quality of the food in the canteen is good.

I am very much satisfied with the way of teaching of my faculty.

Placements: As I am in first year, I didnt have direct exposure to the placements. As per my fellow seniors information, Marketing has the highest placement opportunities. Later HR has good opportunities but the finance and business analytics has a very poor placement opportunities.
