If you are good in programming then go for MCA otherwise MBA is best, but I personally suggest you for MBA because it has good opportunities than IT field.

In the majority of universities, eligibility criteria for M.Com is B.Com or equivalent graduation degree. Some universities also allow applicants from other streams like BBS, BFIA, BBA and BEE. You are not eligible to do M.Com because of your BCA degree. You are advised to do B.Com through distance, and then opt for M.Com.

Of course, you are eligible to do Master's in CP after BCA. Just shortlist your colleges and prepare your application by checking the requirements.
