While programming is not required for business analysis, you need to have a good understanding of technology and how it can be used to solve business problems. Technical Writing: Technical writing involves creating technical documentation such as user manuals, online help, and white papers. While programming is not required for technical writing, you need to have a good understanding of technology to explain complex concepts in simple terms. Project Management: Project management involves planning, executing, and controlling projects. While programming is not required for project management, you need to have a good understanding of technology and project management principles to manage technology-related projects effectively. But afterwards completion of other steel plants such as Bhilai, Durgapur there was a need of one managing organisation. Eligibility Criterion: The students having B.Tech degree from the following disciplines: Mechanical, Electrical, Metallurgy, Chemical, Electronics & Telecommunications, Instrumentation, Civil, Ceramics and Computer Science from a recognised university with minimum marks of 65% in all years/semester (50%for SC/ST) are eligible to apply for the post. Students having an MCA degree with 65% (50% for SC/ST) are also eligible. Age limit for general students is 30 years, for SC/ST it is 35, for OBC, it is 33 & for physically handicapped people, it is 40 years.
