Depends in which field you want to make your career in. If it is your ultimate goal then BCA+MCA will be a good choice and if you want to go in the agriculture field, then Masters in agriculture after B.Sc. agriculture will be a good.

Starting salary of BCA graduates is between Rs. 15000 to 25000 per month based on institute ranking and campus placement records.

Cloud computing is a better option.

SRM has a fine name in the south. you can see their placement and curriculum. You can also pursue MCA from SRM.

B.Tech is more attractive to employers that a BCA. Before you will do your MCA, your B.Tech will be completed and thereafter, a job cannot be claimed.

Both are based on your choices. It depends on individual interest. If there is a conflict between BCA and B.Tech, then my suggestion would be to go for B.Tech in IT because it is more popular and there is more chances of grabbing better opportunities.
