First of all, decide on the colleges. You are interested in and offering BCA. Then, visit the individual college sites and check admission procedure. Normally, the DU colleges have similar procedures. IPU has entrance exams. Private colleges also have their own entrance.

If the overall GPA is 5 then we can say that it is ok but if it's out of 10 GPA then it is not.

Yes, there are many BCA college entrance exams conducted by college such as Gitam University GSAT, Rama university RUET, Sri Sathya Sai Institute (Andhra Pradesh) SSSIHL, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University (BBAU), Lucknow and many more. From professional standpoint BCA is preferable as the other two courses as mentioned are academic. Indian IT industry prefers BCA graduate. So, if job is immediate requirement after graduation you should go for BCA.
