That depends on your calibre and interest and especially a passion for a particular field in which you feel satisfaction to study and will perform.
If you like computer coding, software testing then choose BCA otherwise if you have a passion for travelling and understand the different cities importance then choose travel and tourism.

BCA graduates are employed by small and medium size IT and ITES companies. In addition, business enterprise hires BCA graduates in their IT Departments and computer operations.
Large IT companies employ BCA graduates only in production or apps support roles. Employment opportunities for BCA graduates are less until they do a post-graduation degree such as MCA.

BCA is degree course and it is a better and higher qualification in comparison with Diploma in Computer Science from a Polytechnic.

As there is more demand of software engineer, I would suggest you do B.Tech. There is more demand for B.Tech graduates and after doing engineering you will have more job opportunities rather than after doing BCA. The second thing, it is only software engineers who get high salary packages.

You must complete additional certificate courses:
JAVA, Python, Web Programming and Software testing.

Both central and state governments do not fill their IT vacancies by campus recruitment. You will have to apply against open and advertised posts by competing with all types of candidates to get government job.

BCA is much better than B.Sc in terms of career and placements. If you pursue MCA also after BCA then you will get good jobs in IT industry and it will be equivalent to engineering.

Yes, B.Ed can be pursued after completion of any graduation program. Fee will depend on the college and mode that you opt for.

You can seek Admission in PG provided you are able to clear your back log before the cut off date of submission of documents which varies in each university.
