That depends on your calibre and interest and especially a passion for a particular field in which you feel satisfaction to study and will perform.
If you like computer coding, software testing then choose BCA otherwise if you have a passion for travelling and understand the different cities importance then choose travel and tourism.

Large IT companies employ BCA graduates only in production or apps support roles. Employment opportunities for BCA graduates are less until they do a post-graduation degree such as MCA.

As there is more demand of software engineer, I would suggest you do B.Tech. There is more demand for B.Tech graduates and after doing engineering you will have more job opportunities rather than after doing BCA. The second thing, it is only software engineers who get high salary packages.
