Hi Laxmi,
As you have computer science in class 12th, then I would suggest you to choose either B.Tech or BE. There is more demand of CSE engineers. After doing engineering, you will have lots of job opportunities. Moreover, its software engineer who get highest salary package. BCA is a non-technical course.

MNCs offer BCA graduates junior developer, tester or 24x7 Application support role jobs. MCA graduates are treated equal to B.Tech CS or B.Tech IT and are offered Development and Testing roles in Application Development and Maintenance projects. Excellent MCA graduates can easily grow into team lead or Business Analyst role with few years of experience. BCA graduates will take 3 to 4 years' experience to fill MCA qualified candidates roles in MNCs.

Yes, a first class is recommended especially if you are targeting top universities. However, admissions will be based on your overall profile. If you apply to countries like the USA they will check your GRE score and profile as well and here even if you have 59% you may stand a chance if your GRE and application profile is very good. With your grades, you can also check institutes in Australia or countries like Norway, France, Netherlands, UAE, Spain, etc.
