The best B.Tech colleges in Lucknow are Integral University, Dr. APJ Technical University, Northern Indian Engineering College, Maharana Institute of Technology, Himalayan Institute of Technology, Lucknow Model Institute of Technology
For BCA good colleges are Babu Banarsi Das University, City group of Colleges, Integral University, Institute of Management & Research, etc.

59.5% is too low for a German university. They, normally, prefer candidates with more than 70% marks. You can consider applying for Australian universities.

Hi,
Mathematics is compulsory to pursue BCA. Class 12th with science stream students with physics, chemistry and mathematics subjects, who have passed board examination from a recognized board are eligible to pursue this course. The minimum marks criteria may exist in case of many institutes.
It may vary between 40% to 50% marks in PCM (Physics, chemistry and mathematics) subjects. In case of some Institutes, students must also have appeared for state level entrance examination to be considered eligible to apply for the course.
