G. Pulla Reddy Dental College and Hospital, Kurnool, offers a BDS program. It was started in 2006 and is approved by the Dental Council of India (DCI). The college has a B+ grade from NAAC.

Pros:

Experienced teachers with good knowledge.

Good number of patients, so students get practical experience.

Cons:

Some students say staff behavior is not friendly.

Few job placements after graduation.

Some students are not happy with teaching methods.

Overall, it is a decent option for BDS, but you should check student reviews and compare it with other colleges before deciding.

No, you wont'nt be able to get a government seat for BDS with 191 marks in NEET despite of you belonging to SC catagory. Cutoffs for government colleges are usually high due to high demand and low availability of seats. Although you have chances of getting a private college, and that too, a normal one. To get admission to a government dental college, you'll need to score at least 300 marks in NEET for the SC category. You can check for expected colleges from Shiksha's college predictor tool.

With 260 marks in NEET, entry into a government BDS college is extremely difficult, particularly for the General category, where cutoffs are typically 450+.

Admission Probabilities by Category:
General Category: Extremely little chance in government colleges.
OBC/EWS: Distant, due to higher cutoffs.
SC/ST: Certain government dental colleges have reserved seats, although competition is stiff.
Other options:
Private BDS colleges charge fees of 2-6 Lacs per year.
Deemed Universities can have lower cut-offs.
Counseling Rounds: Participate in the Mop-Up and Stray Vacancy Rounds.
