To be eligible to acquire a Diploma from BVBFTS, students need to attend 80% of the classes, 70% of the practical, participate in all required projects, and must secure pass marks (40%) in all examinations.

Candidates who have completed Class 12 are eligible to apply for UG Diploma whereas, graduation is required to apply for PG Diploma programmes. The institute conducts an admission test to select candidates for admission.

The total tuition fee for BVBFTS UG Diploma ranges between INR 48,000 and INR 68,000. This information is sourced from official website/ sanctioning body and is subject to change. Candidates can pay the fee in four installments. On getting selected, aspirants have to pay the first installment to confirm their seat in the institute.

Candidates need to complete a minimum of Class 12 to apply for BVBFTS UG Diploma courses. Since the selection is entrance-based, aspirants must also pass the admission test conducted by the college. Candidates also need to have the documents proving their eligibility for verification at the time of admission.

Candidates have to pay an application fee of INR 300 in the form of DD in favour of Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, payable at New Delhi, or pay by cash. An INR 100 is chargeable for prospectus. Aspirants after paying the application fee must keep the fee receipt with themselves for future reference.
