For admission to the master's programme, candidates will have to complete their graduation in the Biomedical Engineering/ Biotechnology branch from a recognised university/institute. A candidate who possesses BTech degree is eligible and if someone has an MBBS degree can also pursue a post-graduate course in Biomedical Engineering.
Candidates must clear GATE and possess a good score in order to secure admission in postgraduate examination. Some government and private colleges accept state-level entrance examination scores also.

For admission to the BTech program in Biomedical Engineering, a candidate should have completed their Senior Secondary education (10+2) in Science stream from a recognised board. They must have scored a minimum overall score of 50-60% in Class 12 examination.
If anyone wants admission in top Biomedical Engineering government colleges then they must also clear any national-level or state-level engineering entrance examination in order to secure admission in top engineering colleges.
