Since the OBC qualifying cutoff is 35, it would be impossible for your gaining an M.Tech seat using GATE scholarship in biotechnology. Nevertheless, without a GATE, you might still get enrolled in a few special institutes and through self-sponsored programs or entrance exams conducted on their behalf.
